Curry Laksa 咖喱叻沙 @ Restoran Hong Beng, OUG




Welcome back to eatmakanchi. Today Yummylicious is gonna present a very special food that is an all time favourite to almost every Msian ....
CURRY LAKSA!!!




This uncle very "chut mia" with his Sedapy Curry Mee. He was very honored when we told him that he will be blogged. Let's discover more about him n his 咖哩 (curry)~


The first step he does is to slice the chicken into pieces of chicken floss. The chicken meat is really smooth, 滑滑的!




Chop Chop Chop~




Next is to cook the noodle
(Mihun, Yellow Mee, or Kuey Teow / Hor Fun)

Tada ~ The curry laksa has chicken floss, char siew, cockles (si hum), taufoopok, n of coz ur noodle (preferably mihun mee)!

This is the dry version ~ I interviewed a couple of customers (my frens) and they said that the Dry Curry Mee is much much nicer (so do I). TRUST ME, it's the tastiest most delicious dry curry mee i had ever tried in my life!

If u guys love eating chicken feet, this will be the right place to makan! The curry itself does all the miracle~
