Nippy Noodle (bamboo noodle 竹面) @ Kuchai Lama



Hmm... Don't get mixed up! Many ppl were confused at first..the noodle is not made out of bamboo! It is made with the aid of a bamboo~


The dough is basically made out of omega 3 eggs (u serious?!) + flour + secret ingredients. Let u guys know the "abc" step of making them :


Premium wheat flour mixed with omega 3 egg
The dough is then "knitted" with the aid of an imported (from China?!) bamboo
The noodle is boiled until al dente~ (*stomach is groaning)
After that, the noodle is rinsed with tap-water, then dipped into warm water immediately.
Topped with some soy sauce and this springy, elastic noodle is ready to be served. mmmmm~ Yummy~~


Tada~ my meal is finally done after these tidious steps. *aaaa hungriness*


This is the roasted herbed liver & pork sausages. I personally love this very much! *thumbs double up* TRUST ME! =p


Make sure, as always, to add some sour-vinegar green chilli ! (my all time favourite topping)
Bdw, this shop is endorsed by 8TV & astro AEC. So the food is definitely number 1 =)
